Erection/Commissioning of Compressors and Drier- Talwandi Sabo Power Limited

M/s Hi-Tech Engineers was awarded project for erection and commissioning of 2 numbers of compressor of FS Elliot make and 1 drier of M/s Sanpar make from Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (a unit of Vedanta group). The project comprised of civil, electrical and mechanical works which was successfully executed by a team of highly skilled workers and engineers.

Fabrication and Erection of Shed- Kota Thermal Power Station

Hi-Tech Engineers specializes in fabrication and erection of industrial, storage and domestic sheds. One such project was awarded from M/s Elecon Engineering Co. Ltd for dismantling of old wagon tippler shed and erection of newer one. The span of the newly erected shed is 90m x 90m and is designed as per STAAD PRO inorder to ensure optimum structure weight considering various loads.

Laying of Pipeline for DM Plant- Talwandi Sabo Power Limited

We have successfully laid 1000 metres of 6 inch pipeline for DM Plant at Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (a unit of Vedanta group). The work included excavation of earth and hard rocks, wrapping/coating of pipe, laying of pipe, installation of valves, valve chambers, back-filling, etc. The work has been successfully executed after considering all quality standards and various tests like Holiday Testing, Hydro Testing, DP Tests, etc.

Cable Tray Cover Work

M/s Hi-Tech Engineers was awarded cable tray covering work by Talwandi Sabo Power Limited. The work consisted of covering cable trays by covers fabricated out of GI sheets in various areas of power plants like CHP, Boiler, Turbine, AHP, etc. The work was carried out by a team of highly skilled technicians and engineers in a quality and time efficient manner.

Installation of Paddle Feeder and Vibrating Feeder

M/s Hi-Tech Engineers was awarded contract for Dismantling and Installation of Paddle Feeder and 2 numbers Vibrating Feeders at GGSSTP, Ropar by M/s Elecon Engineering Company Limited. Feeders are used for feeding coal from bunkers to crushers and crushers to mills and further onwards.

Steel Cover Shed- PSAMB, Punjab

Hi-Tech Engineers specializes in fabrication and erection of industrial, storage and domestic sheds. We have been awarded contract for storage shed by Punjab Mandi Board in Kartarpur city. The span of the newly erected shed is 10m x 30m and is designed as per STAAD PRO inorder to ensure optimum structure weight considering various loads.
